Founding Partner Gonzalo de la Guardia is a founding partner of DENFAB. He has been practicing law since 2002 and has worked as a lawyer advising clients on operations related to administrative law, tax law, commercial law and real estate. Mr. de la Guardia obtained his degree in Law and Political Science at the Santa María La Antigua University in 2002 and later completed a degree in Banking and Finance at ULACIT in 2006. Additionally, he has a Master's Degree in Taxation from UNESCPA (2009). He is a member of the National Bar Association of Panama and the Urban Citizen Network. Carlos Neuman
Founding Partner Carlos Neuman is a founding partner of the firm. He has been an attorney since 2002 and has worked advising clients on transactions related to corporate law, commercial law, real estate law and estate planning. Mr. Neuman obtained his bachelor's degree in Law and Political Science at the Universidad Santa María La Antigua in 2002 and later completed his master's degree (LL.M.) in 2003 with an emphasis on Corporate and Maritime Law, at the University of London (University College London) in London, England. He is a member of the National Bar Association of Panama. He is licensed to practice law in the Republic of Panama and has a license as an authorized public translator granted by the Ministry of Education of Panama. Since 2016, Ramiro Góngora Candanedo has been an associate at DENFAB. He has practiced law since 2001, with a distinguished career as a litigator in the Specialized Superior Prosecutor's Office for Civil Affairs of the Public Prosecutor's Office and in the private sector. His experience encompasses management and litigation in civil, criminal, labor, and administrative jurisdictions. In academia, Mr. Góngora Candanedo holds a degree in Law and Political Science from the National University of Panama. Ana Lucía Márquez Brostella is an attorney at DENFAB, which she joined in 2022. She has practiced law since 2008, gaining prior experience at other law firms and as in-house legal counsel for a company. Her practice focuses on corporate law, contracts, and sales, where she has developed a solid specialization. Ms. Márquez earned her Bachelor's degree in Law and Political Science from the Universidad Santa María la Antigua in 2006. She complemented her training with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) with an emphasis in Corporate Law from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2007. She subsequently expanded her knowledge with a Diploma in Accounting from the Specialized University of Public Accountants of Panama. Evelin E. Rosas Pérez holds a degree in Law and Political Science from the University of Panama in 2009. She began her professional career in the Judiciary, dedicating herself to public service for 16 years, where she held various positions, including bailiff, judge in the Municipal and Civil Circuit Courts, special substitute magistrate in the First Superior Court of the First Judicial District of Panama, and assistant to the Magistrates of the Maritime Appeals Court. Ms. Rosas holds a Master's Degree in Civil Procedure Law, a Specialization in General Procedural Law, and a Specialization in Higher Education. She has been qualified to practice law in the Republic of Panama since 2009.

Nathalie Gisselle De la Espada Vásquez holds a degree in Law and Political Science, graduating in 2023 with honors cum laude from the Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua (USMA). She completed a Master's degree in Civil Procedural Law with a specialization in Procedural Law at the Universidad Latina de Panamá. She focuses her practice on civil litigation, executive proceedings, family law, and consumer protection. Before joining the firm, Ms. De la Espada worked in the private sector, also specializing in corporate law practices, and handled sports law matters at the Panamanian Football Federation. Mayliz Gil holds a degree in Law and Political Science from the Interamerican University of Panama in 2021. Ms. Gil has experience in both the public and private sectors, focusing her practice on various civil court proceedings, with an emphasis on litigation and foreclosure proceedings. She gained experience within the Panamanian Judiciary, where she held positions such as Senior Clerk II, Court Clerk, Judge's Assistant, and Bailiff in various civil circuit courts. Majella Rivera

Majella del C. Rivera has been a member of DENFAB since 2011. She has worked in different areas of law such as corporate law, real estate law and horizontal property. Ms. Rivera completed her studies at the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the University of Panama. In addition, he has two Diplomas. The first is related to the Public Registry of Panama, and the second on Computer Crimes and Forensic Computer Science, both awarded by the Universidad Latina de Panama (2014).
